Terms of service

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 19, 2026

These Terms of Service are written for a UK-based online store. UK customers generally have a statutory right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving them, followed by another 14 days to return the goods. Contract terms must also be fair, clear, and must not remove customers’ statutory rights.

1. Overview

This website is operated by Post Malone Official Shop. Throughout the Site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Post Malone Official Shop.

We provide this website, including all information, products, features, and services available through it, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Our contact information is:

Business name: Post Malone Official Shop
Website: postmalone.shop
Email: info@postmalone.shop
Business address:
932 Middleton Road
Oldham
OL9 9SB
United Kingdom

By visiting the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies displayed on the Site.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

2. Eligibility to Use the Site

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order through the Site.

If you are under 18, you may use the Site and place an order only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, designs, measurements, materials, photographs, and other information accurately.

However, the appearance of colours may vary depending on your screen, device, brightness settings, and display configuration. Minor variations in colour, placement, printing, stitching, distressing, texture, or finish may occur where products are handmade, garment-dyed, washed, printed, embroidered, or intentionally designed with a vintage appearance.

Product images are provided for illustration. Unless expressly stated, accessories or additional items appearing in lifestyle photographs are not included.

We may update product descriptions, prices, specifications, or availability without notice before an order has been accepted.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve it. A product may become unavailable before checkout or before your order is accepted.

We may limit the quantity of a product available to one person, household, account, billing address, shipping address, payment method, or order.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and refund any payment received for the unavailable product.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Charges

Prices are displayed on the Site in the currency shown at the time of purchase.

Applicable taxes, delivery costs, customs charges, duties, or other fees will be displayed at checkout where they can reasonably be calculated by us.

Customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless the checkout expressly states that these charges are included, they are the customer’s responsibility.

Prices may change without notice, but a price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

If a pricing or product-information error is discovered, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price. We may cancel the affected order if you do not wish to proceed or if we cannot contact you.

6. Placing and Accepting Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart.

After placing an order, you may receive an acknowledgement email. This acknowledgement confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract between you and us is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation or otherwise confirm that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including:

  • product unavailability;
  • payment-authorisation failure;
  • suspected fraud or unauthorised activity;
  • incorrect product or pricing information;
  • delivery restrictions;
  • violation of these Terms; or
  • orders that appear intended for unauthorised resale.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

7. Payment

You agree to provide accurate and authorised payment information.

Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of a payment method may also be subject to the provider’s terms and privacy practices.

We may perform payment verification, address verification, fraud screening, or other security checks before accepting an order.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted with your order.

8. Delivery

Delivery options, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout or described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date. Delays may occur because of customs processing, carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, unusually high demand, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing or fulfilment.

Where applicable consumer law provides otherwise, responsibility for the goods passes to you when you or a person identified by you takes physical possession of them.

Please contact us promptly if an order is damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or appears to have been lost during delivery.

9. Order Cancellation and Change-of-Mind Returns

Customers in the United Kingdom generally have the right to cancel most online purchases by notifying the seller within 14 days after receiving the goods. After notifying the seller, the customer generally has another 14 days to return them.

To cancel an eligible order, contact:

info@postmalone.shop

Include your name, order number, the products being returned, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel or return the order.

Returned products must be sent back within the required period and should be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with their original labels and packaging where reasonably possible.

You may inspect or try on an item as you would in a physical shop. We may reduce the refund where handling beyond what is reasonably necessary has caused a loss in value.

Unless we state otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind purchase. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage. Customers must be informed when they are responsible for cancellation return costs.

Where required by law, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional amounts paid for express or upgraded delivery may not be refundable.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. We may wait until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent, where permitted by law.

10. Exceptions to Cancellation Rights

The right to cancel may not apply to certain products where an exception is permitted by law, including:

  • personalised or custom-made products;
  • products made to your specifications;
  • sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken;
  • perishable products; and
  • other products excluded under applicable consumer law.

An exception to change-of-mind cancellation rights does not remove your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.

11. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

We are responsible for supplying products that comply with applicable consumer law.

Contact us promptly at info@postmalone.shop if a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described, or different from what you ordered.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where reasonably requested.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may offer a refund, replacement, repair, or another appropriate remedy.

We will cover reasonable return costs where a return is required because the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or materially not as described.

Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory rights relating to faulty goods. Businesses cannot use contract terms to avoid responsibility for faulty goods or goods that are not as described.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, including expiry dates, product restrictions, minimum spending requirements, or limits on use.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • only one discount code may be used per order;
  • discounts cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • discounts cannot be applied retrospectively;
  • discounts do not apply to delivery fees, taxes, or duties; and
  • promotional products remain subject to availability.

We may withdraw or correct a promotion where there is an obvious error, misuse, fraud, or technical problem, provided this does not affect an order already accepted contrary to applicable law.

13. Customer Accounts

You may be able to create a customer account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary because of security concerns, fraud, abusive behaviour, unlawful activity, or serious violation of these Terms.

14. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Site:

  • for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
  • to violate another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights;
  • to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code;
  • to interfere with the Site’s operation or security;
  • to collect customer or user data without permission;
  • to submit false, misleading, or abusive content;
  • to attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems;
  • to place fraudulent orders or carry out payment abuse; or
  • to reproduce or commercially exploit Site content without permission.

We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.

15. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, including its layout, written content, graphics, logos, product presentation, photographs, and software, are owned by or licensed to Post Malone Official Shop and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, license, scrape, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

Third-party names, artist names, trademarks, logos, album titles, photographs, designs, and artwork remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not independently establish endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual-property rights to you.

16. Reviews and Customer Content

You may be able to submit reviews, photographs, comments, or other content.

You confirm that:

  • you own the content or have permission to submit it;
  • the content is accurate and relates to your genuine experience;
  • it does not infringe another person’s rights;
  • it is not defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful; and
  • it does not contain malicious code or unauthorised advertising.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, display, format, and use submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting the Site and our products.

We may remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or reasonable moderation standards.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment providers, social platforms, delivery services, or applications.

We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms.

The inclusion of a third-party link does not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party.

18. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the Site, you acknowledge that information may be processed as necessary to operate the store, complete transactions, deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

19. Site Availability and Accuracy

We aim to keep the Site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict the Site for maintenance, security, updates, technical problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Site content.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • deliberate misconduct;
  • breach of rights that cannot legally be excluded; or
  • faulty or misdescribed goods where liability cannot legally be excluded.

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Products sold through the Site are intended for personal use. We are not responsible for business losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, interruption of business, or loss of a commercial opportunity suffered by a consumer using products for business purposes.

These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

21. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, carrier interruptions, transport restrictions, customs delays, power outages, cyber incidents, government action, or disruption to communication networks.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of the disruption and perform our obligations as soon as reasonably possible.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

22. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site where reasonably necessary because of serious misuse, fraud, unlawful conduct, security threats, or material violation of these Terms.

Termination does not affect rights, obligations, payments, or liabilities that arose before termination.

Sections intended to continue after termination, including intellectual-property, liability, privacy, and governing-law provisions, will remain effective.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes will not normally affect an order accepted before the updated Terms became effective unless required by law or agreed with you.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be applied or modified only to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

25. No Waiver

If we delay or fail to enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we have waived our right to enforce it later.

A waiver relating to one event does not automatically apply to another event.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, order confirmation, and any product-specific conditions, form the agreement between you and Post Malone Official Shop concerning your use of the Site and purchases made through it.

27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live in another part of the United Kingdom or another country, you will continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws applicable to you.

Consumers may bring legal proceedings in any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to give up a legal right to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction where that right applies.
